Unlike hotel chains, cancellations have a big impact on our small family-owned property. Cancellation Policy: 

• For any cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your reservation, please email us at joy@selfcaresanctuarystl.com for a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. 

• For cancellations made within 13 days of your arrival date, no refund will be provided.

Should your stay at Self-Care Sanctuary  be shortened for any reason, you are responsible for the remainder of your reservation with us.
